Michael Suggs is an experienced insurance and employee benefits leader supporting Northern California and surrounding states. He brings more than 25 years of experience across the insurance and employee benefits industry.

Michael graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree and served as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army before transitioning into the insurance and benefits field. He is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish.

His background spans both carrier and benefits consultant roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and priorities across the benefits landscape. In recent years, Michael has focused on the technology side of the industry, developing a strong understanding of how the self-funded model has evolved and how modern strategies can make self-funding a viable solution for a broad range of employers.
