We offer comprehensive health coverage with a choice between three PPO plans, dental plans, and a vision plan. Eligible employees receive a flex-dollar credit amount to use toward benefits.

401(k)
Eligible employees may receive a discretionary profit-sharing contribution of up to 4% of gross eligible earnings after working 1,000 hours and completing 12 consecutive months of service. In addition, employees may have the potential to earn up to an additional 7% of gross eligible earnings through Safe Harbor and employer match, with various investment options to choose from.
