Damian Williams
VP, Operations
Damian Williams has worked with Pinnacle since its inception in 1996. With more than 40 years of experience, he brings proven expertise across a wide range of projects and has successfully managed new business implementations with aggressive timelines.
In his current role, Damian is responsible for strategically planning and overseeing the direction of all operational areas, including eligibility and enrollment processing, billing services, COBRA administration, training and development, and business intelligence. He has been instrumental in the success of Pinnacle’s multi-layered operations.
