Jonathan D. Alexander
VP, Compliance and General Counsel
Jonathan Alexander has more than 20 years of experience advising self-insured employers and insurance professionals on the laws and regulations that apply to group health plans, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and the Internal Revenue Code.
Jonathan oversees Pinnacle’s legal department, which includes three divisions: appeals and disputes, subrogation, and compliance. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. Following law school, Jonathan clerked for a circuit court judge in Hawaii, then worked in the California office of a business litigation law firm before joining Pinnacle.
Jonathan is an active member of the California Bar.
