Steve Mangapit

Steve Mangapit is a seasoned health plan executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience across nonprofit and for-profit environments. He specializes in employer-sponsored medical plans with a strong focus on quality, affordability, and access for underserved populations.

Throughout his career, Steve has supported more than 80 hospital clients nationally with their employee benefits programs, in addition to building partnerships with healthcare systems to support employers in their local communities. Based in Los Angeles County, he has dedicated his career to improving how care is financed, administered, and delivered, particularly for working families in California and across the Western U.S.

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Across his career, he has been driven by a commitment to advancing access, efficiency, and quality in healthcare.
