Kathy Allan
Kathy has more than 30 years of experience in claims management and customer service leadership across a broad range of healthcare benefit plan programs, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy claims. Her prior roles include Director of Claims for Avesis, Customer Service Site Director for UnitedHealth Group, and Operations Officer for AXA Assistance USA.
Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree from Lewis University and resides in Chandler, Arizona, with her husband, Jim, and their four-legged son, Jasper. In her free time, she enjoys beach cruiser cycling, reading fiction, participating in a monthly book club, redecorating projects at home, and recently taking up golf.
Kathy hails from Chicago’s South Side and roots for the White Sox, not the Cubs, and, of course, Da Bears.
