Wadie Gadalla

Wadie Gadalla is a senior healthcare operations and financial leader with extensive experience in cost containment, utilization management, provider network development, employee benefits, claims operations, contracting, and financial analysis. He currently serves as Director of Cost Containment at Western Growers / Pinnacle Health Solutions, where he oversees utilization management, health management, case management, provider network, and provider maintenance.

In this role, Wadie focuses on improving operational efficiency, strengthening provider access, supporting underserved communities, and building processes that promote quality, compliance, and cost-effective care.
